Our Story
WCI was co-founded in 2018 by Mark and Joy Conklin when Mark launched out of a corporate career and Joy left private practice. They wanted to blend their unique backgrounds, education, and experiences to help families in business work through the myriad issues surrounding running a healthy business and family! Mark and Joy’s unique blend of skills as highly trusted advisors, has attracted those seeking to intentionally transform themselves their families and/or their organizations.
Our Approach
Our approach is customized to the unique situation of each client. We begin by establishing a trust-based environment, while asking thought-filled questions and actively listening to the responses. Our work is confidential and we understand that most situations are complex. We seek to avoid binary thinking, and want to understand the nuances of each circumstance. We use a variety of assessments according to the client’s needs.
